Straumann Group

In 2018, Straumann Group – a global leader in innovative oral health solutions – took a significant e-commerce step by migrating their webshop to the future-proof SAP Commerce Cloud platform. The aim of this migration was to increase their average order value, enhance the customer journey, and provide dental professionals with a seamless multi-channel experience.

As a B2B player, Straumann Group is aware of the customer-centric user experience expected by dental professionals. The new webshop, available in 33 countries and seven languages, features a rapid search functionality, comprehensive product information, and personalized prices and terms that enable dentists worldwide to easily make informed product choices.
Since its launch in 2018, Straumann Group has been building on this Commerce Cloud foundation with a full redesign, additional back-end optimizations, and integrations with partners like TradeCentric and Zoovu.
By consistently investing in user-friendliness, speed, and personalization, Straumann Group empowers dental professionals to deliver high-quality care with a smile.
The key success factor of this project was the great cooperation between the Elision and the Straumann Group team members. Working as an integrated team without organizational boundaries and taking on joint responsibility really made the difference.
